These terms govern your use of this website and any consulting services you book through Founders Path ("we", "us", "our"), a brand operated by Scholarlink, Lda, a company registered in Portugal, based at Avenida da Cal, Lote n.º 125, 1º andar, 4750-787 Barcelos. By using this site or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
We provide advisory and consulting services to help founders and businesses relocate or expand into Europe and Mauritius, including strategic planning, visa application guidance, company formation coordination, and employee relocation support.
We are an advisory consultancy, not a law firm, accounting firm, or government body. We do not provide legal or tax advice, and we are not authorized to process or approve visa or investment applications ourselves. Where a licensed professional is required, such as for legal filings, tax matters, or a specific visa or investor program, we coordinate with independent, appropriately licensed partners on your behalf.
Visa approvals, investor program acceptance, company registrations, and residency outcomes are ultimately decided by the relevant government authority or institution, not by us. We cannot and do not guarantee that any application will be approved, or that it will be completed within a specific timeframe. Our role is to prepare, guide, and support your application to the best of our ability.
Consultation and package fees are as listed on our Pricing page at the time of booking, or as agreed in a custom quote. Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Because our fees reflect the time and work involved in preparing and reviewing your case, fees already paid are non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by law.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents. Delays or inaccuracies in the information you provide may delay your engagement or affect the outcome of your application, and are not our responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or decisions made by third-party authorities, banks, or licensed partners.
